Meet Caity

My clinical foundation is in some of the most demanding corners of medicine: trauma and cardiac intensive care, and emergency medicine, where I learned to care for people in life-and-death moments. I knew I needed that background before transitioning full-time into integrative primary care, where I have been practicing for the past 12 years.

My work now centers on functional and integrative medicine, pairing the rigor of conventional care with evidence-informed approaches, and looking past symptoms to the causes underneath. I build care around the individual: their physiology, their goals, and where they are in life, with particular focus on women's hormonal health, perimenopause and menopause, metabolic health, and regenerative medicine.

Dr. Egerter and I have worked together for the past five years, and we're excited to bring our combined expertise into one concierge practice. That means more time, easier access, and real continuity: thoughtful evaluation that doesn't fit inside a standard visit.

Outside of medicine, I'm a wife and mother of four. My family lives on our farm by the Rhode Island shore, where we keep a slower pace and stay close to the natural world.
